UEFA B licensed, fieldwork is fully part of my analysis. Observing is not enough : you need to understand what the player experiences, feel the rhythm of a group and measure the real impact of the choices made.

I work within the staff to run training sessions when needed, to ease the coach's daily workload and ensure continuity between analysis and fieldwork. I also lead pre-match warm-ups, with particular attention to mental preparation, emotional intensity, and collective but especially individual conditioning.

Direct contact with players allows me to assess their mindset, their mental availability and their level of commitment. Exchanging, observing, feeling... these elements are an integral part of the analysis and give meaning to the data.

I use artificial intelligence as a decision-making tool, specifically configured for football, not as an automatic solution.

AI allows me to objectively quantify the potential of young players, assess their current level and project a "finished" level at maturity, integrating technical, tactical, physical and efficiency criteria.

These same criteria also serve to evaluate performances, both those of our players and those of opposing players, in order to objectify performances and compare profiles in a real competitive context.

The models also allow us to anticipate the workload, based on short, medium or long-term objectives, and to adjust requirements according to the profile and context.

In matches, AI becomes a tactical anticipation lever, capable of projecting scenarios based on game evolution and guiding staff decisions.

Video analysis is an essential pillar of my work, whether done directly or completed by a video analyst within the staff.

This organization allows me to maintain an overall vision, guarantee the consistency of the analysis and, when necessary, focus fully on exploiting data and performance models.

Video is used to decode collective behaviors, individual decision-making and opposing game principles. Each sequence is selected with a clear objective, to provide the staff and players with understandable, targeted and actionable information.

Data is used to objectify performances, but also to understand in depth the environment in which the team operates.

The analysis is not limited to my team's data. I also study the opponent's data, their trends, recurring behaviors, strengths and weaknesses, to have precise knowledge before each confrontation.

It's by knowing the opponent by heart that we can then build a coherent technical-tactical response, adapted to the context and oriented towards a clear objective: getting a result.

Data then becomes a strategic tool, serving preparation, anticipation and decision-making.
