ROLE IN A STAFF
The role that best defines me is that of assistant coach and analyst
combined.
Because understanding the game requires both perspective and constant presence on the field.
I analyze from the outside to decode, anticipate and prepare. I study the opponent in depth, learning their principles, habits and details that will make the difference on match day. Nothing is left to chance, every confrontation is built in advance.
On the field, I observe, validate and adjust as close as possible to the reality of the game. It's in this constant back-and-forth between analysis and action that my work takes on its full meaning.
This dual role allows me to provide accurate insights, directly usable by the staff, focused on what is truly useful. My objective is simple: to be useful to collective and individual performance, helping the coach make decisions and players improve, staying one step ahead of the opponent.
